No. There is no contract. The $289 network and infrastructure fee is paid once every 12 months and renews every 12 months, and the $29 maintenance and security fee is billed monthly.
Can I cancel my WSMN listing?
Yes. The $400 setup fee and the first $289 annual fee are paid together when you join and are non-refundable. The $29 monthly maintenance and security fee continues while your listing is active, because it keeps your WSMN presence running: monitoring, link checks, maintenance of the WSMN-controlled ecosystem and updates to the information we manage for you. If you choose not to renew at the end of your 12-month term, you will not owe anything further.
What does the $289 annual fee cover?
The annual network and infrastructure fee keeps your spot in the WSMN ecosystem all year: your hosted WSMN presence, the directory listing infrastructure, your hosted links and the digital ecosystem that supports your listing.
What does the $29 monthly fee cover?
The monthly maintenance and security fee keeps everything running smoothly: monitoring, link checks and maintenance of the WSMN-controlled ecosystem, plus updates to the information we manage for you. It covers the WSMN side only, not a separate Wix, GoDaddy or WordPress website that The WebSwan did not build.
How do doctors and attorneys join WebSwan Media Network?
Request a qualification review on this page or call (347) 646-7086. The WebSwan team reviews your license, online reviews, years in practice and verified specialties. Only qualified professionals are added to the platform. If you qualify, we contact you and handle your onboarding.
Will you maintain my separate website or portal?
The monthly fee covers the WSMN pages, applications, database and infrastructure we control. It does not cover maintaining, repairing or remediating a separate external website or patient or client portal that WSMN did not create or control. Those remain the responsibility of the provider and their platform vendors.

No. Results depend on demand, competition, your offer and other factors. WSMN does not guarantee leads, revenue, customer bookings or search rankings.

Are attorneys allowed to advertise online?
Yes. Lawyers may advertise online, but lawyer advertising is governed by each state’s rules of professional conduct, which generally prohibit false or misleading statements. WSMN listings are clearly labeled as paid advertisements, and attorneys remain responsible for making sure their own content follows their state bar’s rules.
Can a medical practice advertise online without violating HIPAA?
Yes, if it is done carefully. Yes. WSMN is designed for independent doctors, small practices and law firms, not only large groups.
Which states does WebSwan Media Network serve?
WSMN serves doctors and attorneys nationwide across the United States, including New York, Florida, Georgia, Texas, California and New Jersey.
Does WSMN offer billboards, TV or print ads?
No. WebSwan Media Network focuses only on online advertising and professional directory presence. We do not offer billboards, bench ads, bus ads, TV or print.
Does WebSwan Media Network sell or share my information?
